Guest lecture at National Taiwan Normal University

Learning that changes careers

SheLeadsTech Conversion Programme

A 12–18 month pathway for non-IT women — from homemakers to sales professionals — combining 60 hours of foundation theory and practice (IT fundamentals, governance, audit methodology, risk management, network security and soft skills), a three-month internship, and a six-to-twelve month attachment convertible to permanent roles. Partners have included EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, RSM, Keppel and CapitaLand. Jenny curated and personally delivered the inaugural programme.

Student Symposiums & campus outreach

Cybersecurity and technology GRC career education delivered to more than 10,000 female students, connecting classrooms with practitioners and role models.

Mentoring

Structured one-to-one mentoring pairing programme participants with technology practitioners — because, in Jenny's words, 'a goal without a plan is just a wish list'.

Membership induction & seminars

Designed the ISACA Singapore Chapter's membership induction programme and numerous seminar programmes for members and the public.
